Does Christian County, Missouri require a septic inspection to sell a home?

Christian County has run a county-wide on-site sewage ordinance since 1992, updated it with Wastewater Standards in 2015, and certifies its own installers on top of the state, but nothing in the standards or the Health Department's pages requires an inspection when you sell.
