How this works

• The address goes to the US Census geocoder to find the county — that lookup itself isn't stored. We also check the property's owner-of-record, which is kept (see Privacy).
• HomeCleared covers 5 Missouri counties so far: St. Charles County, Jefferson County, Warren County, Christian County, Camden County. Other counties get the loan answer only.
• A fact we are still confirming with the county is held back and marked — call the county to be certain.
